Monthly Rates

Open May 5 to August 20, 2012

May to mid-June: $1,600

Mid-June to mid-July: $2,400

Mid-July to August 17: $3,200

There are no taxes on monthly rates. Rates are all inclusive, for up to 6 persons. If a two month or three month booking is required, please phone 902-672-2861 to make arrangements.

Check in time: 3:00 p.m.

Check out time: 10:00 a.m.

Deposit and Cancellation

Once a reservation is made and secured with a 30% deposit, required at time of booking, the reservation is guaranteed. The deposit will be credited toward the cost of the stay. The 70% balance is payable 30 days in advance of arrival. If cancellation is within one month of arrival, the deposit is forfeited, and you will be responsible to pay for the entire reservation, unless the cottage is subsequently rented to others. Visa and Mastercard accepted.
